Sales and Education Consultant

We are seeking a Sales and Education Consultant to join our client operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is client-centric, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about educational success.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the end-to-end student–instructor matching process, from reviewing intake insights and evaluating instructor fit to coordinating assignments, updating systems, and tracking key service metrics to ensure timely, high-quality placements and client satisfaction.
- Lead initial client engagement by responding to inquiries, conducting discovery calls, and guiding families toward the appropriate educational services to support successful onboarding.
- Execute follow-up strategies based on lead quality and lifecycle stage (e.g., follow-up calls, emails, and SMS outreach).
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene by consistently updating lead statuses and notes using CRM tools to track lead progress, intake milestones, and next steps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Academic Services, and Admissions, to ensure a smooth client journey and share insights that support continuous improvement.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a background in education, communications, or sales is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, client services, or customer success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with high-touch clientele.
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Slack, CRM platforms).
- Experience in education, edtech, or private consulting services is a plus.
