Role:

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing strategy for 5–10 TikTok Shop accounts simultaneously. This includes managing product listings, promotions, account creation, reposting, and performance tracking.

  • Develop and execute return-on-investment (ROI)-focused affiliate marketing strategies to drive e-commerce results.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with affiliates and influencers to amplify brand visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate with creators and influencers to produce engaging, on-brand content tailored to TikTok's platform.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including ROI, traffic, and sales, to identify growth opportunities and generate actionable insights.
  • Work closely with agency employees, project managers, and clients to ensure campaign goals and deliverables are met.
  • Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends, tools, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage multiple TikTok Shop marketing campaigns concurrently.
  2. Design and implement affiliate marketing programs that drive measurable results.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and influencers.
  4. Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging, on-brand content.
  5. Analyze campaign performance data to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of driving significant results.
  • 1+ year of experience managing TikTok Shop marketing for multiple brands.
  • Agency experience is required, with a history of managing multiple accounts and working cross-functionally.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok's platform, trends, and user behavior.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
