Operations Specialist for E-commerce Development

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented operations virtual assistant with a passion for problem-solving and a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Operations Management: Lead and streamline operations across customer service, fulfillment, marketing, and product management.
- E-commerce Expertise: Leverage knowledge of e-commerce software to troubleshoot technical and strategic issues and optimize workflows and performance.
- Data Analysis: Collect and clean operational data to identify trends and patterns and generate insightful reports to inform decision-making.
- Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service using platforms like Gorgias and analyze customer feedback to implement improvements.
- Marketing & Growth: Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and create high-performing landing pages.
- Project & Fulfillment Management: Oversee end-to-end fulfillment processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in operations or e-commerce management, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong analytical mindset. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also essential.
