Building Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong understanding of building management systems (BMS) and have experience in operating and maintaining BMS in commercial buildings.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Monitor and control BMS settings to ensure optimal building conditions based on occupancy, weather, and energy efficiency goals.
    • Analyze data from the BMS to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
    • Generate and submit detailed reports on system performance, energy consumption, and any incidents or corrective actions taken.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • TESDA Certificate in Building Management Systems or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating and maintaining BMS in commercial buildings.
  • Proficient in using BMS software for monitoring, diagnostics, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting and training purposes.
