  • Managing CRM records, pipeline status, and follow-ups.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (HR industry preferred).
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong sales discipline and follow-up mentality.
  • Self-starter with experience working remotely.
  • Bonus: Experience with recruitment, assessments, or outsourcing.
