As a Business Development Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospects via outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Booking and attending Zoom meetings with HR managers and business owners.
- Delivering confident, high-impact presentations of our HR services.
- Managing CRM records, pipeline status, and follow-ups.
- Hit weekly KPIs and revenue goals.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (HR industry preferred).
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
- Strong sales discipline and follow-up mentality.
- Self-starter with experience working remotely.
- Bonus: Experience with recruitment, assessments, or outsourcing.
- A competitive base salary plus commission (uncapped).
