Job Overview

As a key support professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operational execution by coordinating across teams, maintaining compliance, supporting executive needs, and optimizing processes within a pioneering CX platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level executive support to senior leaders, including proactive calendar, inbox, and travel management
  • Coordinate and prioritize complex meeting schedules across multiple time zones and stakeholders
  • Track and follow up on key projects, action items, and deliverables across departments
  • Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and coordinate follow-ups for leadership, project, and board meetings
  • Draft and proofread internal and external communications, reports, presentations, and technical documents
  • Liaise with Software Development, DevOps, Operations, Support, Data, and QA teams to ensure smooth operational execution
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for staff in coordination with People & Culture and IT
  • Maintain compliance documentation and manage vendor contracts and renewals
  • Conduct research, prepare briefs on industry trends, and compile data for decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, solve problems, and improve team productivity
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or technical leaders
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder engagement
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
  • Comfortable participating in technical discussions
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and continuous improvement mindset
