Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to oversee client accounts, increase market share and sales, and manage brand strategies for both clients and the company.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, sales staff, advertising executives, and marketing specialists to develop a brand image for clients' products.

This includes conducting and documenting market research, analyzing competitors' products, and ensuring compliance with clients' standards.

A minimum of 2 years of agency experience in client servicing is required, preferably in the hospitality and retail industries.

The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of brand strategies and guidelines, and be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Required Skills:
    • At least 2 years of agency experience in clients servicing
    • Clients handled are ideally from the hospitality and retail industries
    • Proven track record and ability to manage multiple client accounts
    • Strong understanding of the importance of client satisfaction and retention
    • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
    • Strong understanding of brand strategies and guidelines, marketing, and social media management
