  • Research for a good contact where to send the requests for items needed for Medicaid Application
  • Sending out requests to different institutions
  • Outbound calls to follow-up on the requests that has been sent to institutions
  • Review statements for more income information of the resident to be requested
  • Saving documents to respective resident's folder
  • Assisting Medicaid Case Managers on a daily basis.
  • Filling out Medicaid application forms
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of experience in US Healthcare
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Should have knowledge on Medicaid/Medicare
  • Experience in Medical Billing is preferred
  • Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati or Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
  • Amenable working night shift
