Account specific roles and responsibilities

  • Processing Initial or Pre Authorization via Phone or via Email
  • Communicating to insurance providers for authorization determination
  • Coordinating with US healthcare facilities and insurance providers
  • Processing verification of members benefits
  • Reviewing Members clinical records
  • Conduct coaching for skill development to agents

Requirements

  • Medical Allied / PHRN graduate is a PLUS
  • 1 - 2 years BPO experience in a Healthcare Account
  • Knowledgeable in US Healthcare Insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, and related items
  • Good working knowledge with Pre-Certifications, Authorizations, Appeals
  • SME or TL experience is a PLUS
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Must be residing within Greater Manila Area
  • Amenable working night shifts
