Job Title

Senior Facilities Coordinator – Engineering

We are seeking a seasoned professional who thrives on creating smooth, efficient, and people-centered workplace experiences.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about making workspaces better for everyone and possess excellent leadership skills to manage operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utilities including HVAC systems, chillers, fire safety systems, water treatment plants, and DG sets.
  • Ensure operational excellence across all engineering services to support business continuity and infrastructure reliability.
  • Manage civil maintenance and oversee water systems (fresh/waste) to maintain compliance and efficiency.
  • Support infrastructure setup and guide upkeep of guest accommodations and health club facilities.
Facilities Management:
  • Participate in emergency response and disaster recovery efforts as part of the DRBC process.
  • Provide logistics support for internal meetings, conferences, and project-related events.
  • Oversee landscaping and coordinate voice communication logistics during service disruptions.
  • Supervise dispatch activities and courier operations to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):
  • Collate and maintain monthly HSE/GRE data and ensure timely submission of EIA/PCB documents.
  • Coordinate with safety consultants and auditors during inspections and audits.
  • Track legal compliance and assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of the HSE Management System.
  • Operate the Facilities Helpdesk and ensure timely processing of bills and vendor payments.
  • Track and maintain inventory of assets, update asset master data in SAP, and support reconciliation activities with Finance.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services and supplies.
Team Development & Competency Building:
  • Organize technical training programs based on the approved competency matrix.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the facilities team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Environmental, Health & Safety, or related fields).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities engineering, preferably within the industry.
  • Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Pampanga.
  • Available to start ASAP.
