Megaworld Corporation is a leading real estate and business process outsourcing (BPO) office developer, as well as a landlord in the Philippines.

Are you passionate about sales, real estate and have a keen eye for identifying valuable properties? Are you a skilled negotiator with a deep understanding of the property market? If so, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Property Specialist to join our team.

Role Overview:

As a Property Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their property needs. Your primary responsibilities will include marketing, and assisting clients in buying properties under Megaworld Corporation RFO REGIONAL. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their real estate investments.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and budget constraints, providing expert guidance throughout the buying process.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with current market trends, property values, and legal regulations affecting the real estate market. Use this knowledge to provide clients with valuable insights.

Property Marketing: Promote and market RFO Property handled by Megaworld Corporation RFO ( Quezon City, Pampanga, Cebu City) through advertisements online, open house, and participating in various sales and marketing activities.

Client Relationships: Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and becoming their go-to resource
