Real Estate Engineering Associate

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, technical support, and project management.

  • Directs the implementation of technical guidelines and standards on property/facilities management operations and services.
  • Provides technical support and services to the PM/FM Operations Team, including but not limited to:
  • T&C assistance on equipment and installation
  • Vetting of plans for fit-out / construction
  • Technical audit of property
  • Project/construction/fit-out management
  • Leads on crafting and implementing plans, policies, initiatives, and businesses related to engineering services, including but not limited to:
  • Property care services
  • Property care ad-hoc services
  • Property technical audit services
  • Property construction/fit-out management services
  • Handles technical inquiries and service requests from clients
  • Manages the planning of engineering, finances (profit and losses)
  • Manages maintenance and upkeep of office
  • Directs partners on engineering/technical services in behalf of owners and clients
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering services and projects
  • Develop and implement technical plans, policies, and procedures
  • Conduct technical audits and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Manage budgets and finances related to engineering services
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in real estate engineering or a related field
  • Strong understanding of property management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
