Lead Architect Position

As a Lead Architect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert solutions to our clients by leveraging your specialized knowledge and skills to ensure the successful planning, design, and execution of their projects.

You will collaborate closely with our client's team, contributing to innovative ideas, overseeing project timelines, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Your expertise will be instrumental in addressing technical challenges, optimizing project outcomes, and delivering exceptional results that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your architectural expertise to provide high-quality designs and solutions for our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Evaluate and analyze project data to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Architect.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in architectural practice.
  • CD portfolio showcasing work samples with descriptions of your role, project details, and contributions.
  • Proficiency in REVIT and/or other architectural software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
