Role Definition Job Title: ARCHITECTURAL / INTERIOR BIM COORDINATOR

Reporting to: Project Team/Partner and to the Design Group on day to day basis

Responsibilities:

· BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data workflows and project set up

· Thorough compliance and adaptation with company procedures and standards

· Technical management of project BIM data sets

· Liaise with Central BIM Group to ensure changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams

· Manage and maintain project content and source additional content for project teams

· Review of clash reports with the project team, and the general contractor and lead this process when needed

· Leadership of regular coordination calls between design teams

· To contribute or otherwise assist as required

Qualities and Skills required:

· Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities

· In -depth knowledge of Autodesk Revit, with a minimum of 3 years experience of using Revit from Design Development to Construction stage.

· Knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks, with experience of running clash detection, and producing clash reports

· Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch up, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Max, Microsoft Office, BIM 360 Team

· Knowledge of Vray, Enscape and Lumion is a plus

· Knowledge of Dynamo for Revit, and the ability to read and write scripts is a plus

· Major project BIM experience on large scale projects in Autodesk Revit and associated technologies; Experience in healthcare development is a plus.

· Excellent communications skills both written and verbal

· Excellent organizational skills

· Self-motivated and able to take responsibility flexibly

· Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritize duties and work effectively under pressure while remaining calm and professional at all times

· Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks

· Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of an effective team

· Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally;

· Experience working in an architectural drawings production environment;

· Experience in Singapore authorities submission is a plus.
