Job Overview

This role involves working as a Medical Writer, responsible for analyzing and documenting clinical requirements using best practices. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in health information management or a related field, with certifications such as AAPC CPC or AHIMA CCS-P.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and document clinical requirements using best practices defined by Clinical Management
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate clinical requirements
  • Document content requirements to promote immediate post-release content maintenance handoffs
  • Contribute to user documentation and assist with end-user training activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in health information management or related field
  • AAPC CPC or AHIMA CCS-P certification
  • 5+ years of relevant healthcare experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends

The selected candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to evaluate rule/policy behavior and confirm that solution requirements meet business expectations.
