Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate property showings and schedule appointments with leasing agents and prospective renters.
  • Provide information about available properties, pricing, and requirements to leads.
  • Update and manage leasing software or CRM systems with appointment details and lead status.
  • Communicate with property managers and leasing agents to coordinate showings.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, leasing, or property management is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and inquiries.
  • Proficiency in software applications relevant to the position.
