Real Estate Leasing and Social Media Specialist

This role presents a unique opportunity to combine apartment leasing coordination with social media management in a real estate business. It requires an individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks, maintain excellent communication skills, and possess strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Leasing Coordination:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, coordinating apartment showings, following up with tenants, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, or other channels.
    • Manage and update listings, ensuring accurate information is provided to potential renters.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, creating engaging content and monitoring engagement metrics.
    • Respond to comments, messages, and reviews on various social media platforms, maintaining a positive online presence.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear and professional interactions.
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic computer programs (Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Comfortable working remotely and handling tasks independently.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in real estate leasing or property management is beneficial but not essential.
