Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Services Representative to join our team. This role offers a fast-paced, creative environment and is responsible for driving program success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the client's Customer Success team to identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) of each customer
  • Create customized queries within provided databases to reflect ICP information
  • Review data previews to ensure alignment with customer profiles
  • Verify title and company information matches customer ICPs
  • Maintain accurate documentation, tracking, and reporting for data provided
Requirements:
  • More than 2 years of experience in Data Analysis
  • Expertise in working with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Able to think critically and technically
  • Must possess a reliable laptop/desktop with minimum specifications:
  • Processor: Core i5 or higher
  • RAM: 8GB or higher
  • Must have a stable internet connection with the following bandwidth requirements:
  • Minimum Download Speed: 6 Mbps
  • Minimum Upload Speed: 6 Mbps
