Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

As a Data Insights Specialist, you will be instrumental in supercharging our data capabilities through the design, deployment and improvement of data analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate is adept at using large data sets to identify opportunities for process optimisation and to test the effectiveness of different courses of action. They must have a proven ability to drive business results with their data-derived insights.

The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to support decision making processes with facts, insights and recommendations. You will gather requirements, determine the best course of action for analysis, define datasets and dashboards to support key business processes, and use data to identify insights that inform hypotheses and test ideas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support product, engineering, client services and publishing teams with data-driven insights

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working with large-scale data sets
  • Experience with data analysis, cleaning or visualisation (for example using SQL, Python, spreadsheets or other technologies)
  • Experience with modern data warehousing solutions
  • Admirable team player qualities, including being collaborative, respectful, and service focused
  • A willingness to learn and apply innovative data analytics methodologies
