Business Solutions Engineer role involves creating scalable data solutions to drive business growth.

Crisp is a high-growth company delivering innovative legal marketing and business coaching services. We partner with law firms to equip them with the tools and strategies needed to succeed in today's competitive market.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, systems integration, or operations/reporting engineering. Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, strong knowledge of SQL and APIs, and experience with BI tools and data pipeline automation are required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Design and implement real-time dashboards using SQL, BI platforms, and embedded Google Sheets.
  • Collect and analyze productivity and performance data across departments; identify gaps, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Proactively surface red flags, performance trends, and opportunities for improvement before leadership asks.
  • Ensure compliance, consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of all reports and dashboards.

CRM & API Development

Architect and maintain CRM and project management automations across Salesforce, HubSpot, ClickUp, and other platforms.Write and maintain scripts and integrations using Python and Java to connect data across systems, automate workflows, and support new business use cases.Build and maintain API connections to sync data between CRMs, BI tools, and spreadsheets.

Process Improvement

Standardize and document processes to ensure reporting, automation, and data workflows are consistent, scalable, and repeatable.Identify opportunities for cross-platform integrations and workflow optimization to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.

AI & Workflow Optimization

Leverage AI tools to accelerate reporting, documentation, and process automation.Identify opportunities where AI can reduce manual work, improve accuracy, or scale insights across the organization.
