We're Hiring: Data Input Specialist
NOTE: This is an on-site role in Cebu City. No virtual interviews. Applicants must be ready to work on-site and follow health protocols.

Location: Cebu City

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday (6AM – 2PM) | Rest days: Sunday & Monday

Reporting to: Data Input Supervisor

Start Date: Within 2 weeks to 1 month

About the Role:

We are looking for a Data Input Specialist who will be responsible for retrieving, verifying, and updating information in our database. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills to ensure data integrity and support company operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve data from specified sources such as court websites and company databases
  • Analyze and compare data sets from multiple sources
  • Identify updates needed, check for duplicates, and ensure accuracy of information
  • Compile, verify, and sort data before updating into the system
  • Perform other database administration tasks in support of CNS's operations

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years in college or a bachelor's degree (any field)
  • Proven data entry experience
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with deadlines
  • Good communication skills
