We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing the caregiver team, recruiting top-notch Care Staff, and coordinating schedules.

  • Recruit highly results-oriented caregivers who can provide excellent care and support to our clients.
  • Match caregivers with clients based on their skills, experience, and availability.
  • Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure that client needs are met and staffed properly.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information about our services.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and caregivers, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing or customer service in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and caregivers.
  • A sense of urgency and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High School Diploma required; some college education preferred.
