Job Role

We are seeking an exceptionally organized and skilled Talent Acquisition Associate to join our workforce. In this capacity, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing daily hiring tasks to ensure a streamlined recruitment process.

You will engage and communicate effectively with candidates to promote our Employer Value Proposition. This includes participating in recruitment-related projects such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and branding activities.

You will maintain relationships with recruiting agencies and manage job advertisements to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates. Additionally, you will assist in developing monthly recruitment advertisement plans and maintaining candidate pipelines.

You will update recruitment records accurately and generate basic reports when required.

Essential Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Windows and MS Office applications
  • Good command of English (written and verbal)
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition is an advantage
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Good presentation skills and attention to detail
