Recruitment Coordinator Role

This position plays a pivotal role in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, acting as the primary point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a team to employ innovative approaches to attraction, sourcing, selection, interviewing, offering, and closing.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with applicants and hiring managers to schedule interviews.
  • Arrange travel requirements as necessary.
  • Book resources for interview sessions.
  • Create and dispatch offer letters/packages.
  • Facilitate background investigations of new hires.
  • Monitor vendor activity and collaborate with our vendors to complete applicant background/drug processing.
  • Execute onboarding activities and ensure their successful completion.
  • Communicate the decision of the applicant to all relevant parties by updating the applicant management database and sending status notifications.
  • Maintain an up-to-date Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Pursue other miscellaneous duties as required by management.
Required Education

Bachelor's Degree is Mandatory.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree is Preferred.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 – 4 years of recruitment experience with expertise in sourcing in either an in-house, RPO or agency environment.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience working with a web-based applicant tracking system.
  • Knowledge of functional recruitment best practices.
  • A willingness to work at designated locations in Quezon City and flexibility to adapt to US night shifts and EU mid-shifts.
