Job Profile

The role of a Residential Turnover Specialist entails overseeing the entire turnover process of residential units, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely handovers to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals to deliver seamless unit inspections, punch list resolutions, and client satisfaction.
  • Review unit inspection reports, monitor punch list closures, and ensure quality standards are met prior to client move-in.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve unit concerns.
  • Develop and implement turnaround work plans and schedules, ensuring efficient team deployment and target achievement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Provide regular progress updates and turnaround reports to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect (PRC).
  • 3-5 years of experience in unit turnaround, construction, or property management.
  • Proven experience in leading and supervising a team of professionals handling unit turnarounds.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in Ortigas, Pasig, and project sites as required.
