Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Reporting and Analytics Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing reporting strategies, managing key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing data-driven insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to track KPIs across multiple sites and geographies.
  • Work closely with business leaders to determine KPIs and ensure reporting health of individual business units.
  • Oversee the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports using advanced Excel, Access, SQL, Excel VBA, and Power BI skills.
  • Interpret complex business data and provide updates and insights to management and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage a team of Report Analysts, Team Leaders, and Assistant Managers to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in reporting.
  • At least 1+ years of experience as a Manager or higher in reporting roles.
  • Over 5 years of contact center experience (either captive or third-party).
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, Access, SQL, Excel VBA, and Power BI.
  • Excellent mathematical skills and leadership qualities.
  • Understanding of data privacy standards.
