About the role

As a CSR Supervisor/Team Leader at IAN SMART ENERGY CORP', you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service and support to our valued customers. This full-time, on-site position is based in Fort Bonifacio Taguig City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the daily operations of a team of customer service representatives, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to team members to develop their skills and capabilities
  • Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Bachelors Degree in any field
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a customer service supervisor or team lead role, preferably in the call centre or energy industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proficient in customer service best practices, including complaint handling, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work culture

Willing to relocate in Ian Smart Energy Corp. at BGC, Taguig City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
