Customer Experience - Accounts Receivable Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Customer Experience team as a key member in driving client value by providing financial support through distributor/retailer back-up retrieval, collections, and transaction processing.

This is an exciting opportunity to participate in and help shape our customers' journey to the Cloud. We need someone who has lived on the front lines of Small to Midsize Business (SMB) helping these companies better understand, optimize, and analyze trade spend dollars.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the AR Manager to build a scalable platform that supports deductions reconciliation, including identifying trends and opportunities for the client based on expense settlements.
  • Follow established procedures to determine whether an expense is authorized or unauthorized.
  • Develop standard operating procedures for different tasks within the department.
  • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the deductions process.
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Trade Promotion Management and possess strong accounting knowledge. Additionally, they should be proficient in using SaaS products, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Trade Promotion Management
  • A background or education in Accounting
  • Deductions, collections, reconciliations, and general trade finance experience required
  • CPG Industry experience required
  • Technical prowess with SaaS products preferred
  • Business-level English fluency required
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills
