About this Opportunity:
Accounts Payable Key Functions:- Handle online and check disbursements, including government remittances.
- Submit BIR documents for purchases.
- Support inventory management.
- Process business permits and import licenses.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
- Process customer invoices and collect payments.
- Reconcile employee cash advances monthly.
- Submit weekly AR collection and aging reports.
- Closure of work orders monthly.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- BS Accountancy degree or related field.
- At least 2 years of accounting experience.
- Taxation knowledge is essential.
- Data analysis and reconciliation skills.
- Computer literacy.
