Role as Customer Service Representative
  • Interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to handle customer needs, providing timely and professional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Handle customer consultation calls, tech troubleshooting, escalations, and investigations.
  • Track and resolve issues, ensuring proper prioritization, documentation, tracking, and escalation to meet internal and external expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and deliver service excellence.
  • Stay updated on product and service knowledge with the external team.
Requirements
  • Candidates should be curious and authentic, analytical and critical thinkers, and passionate about client satisfaction.
  • A bachelor's degree in any field is required, along with 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in email, phone, or chat support.
  • Prior experience supporting SaaS products and basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications are desirable.
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as strong phone contact handling skills, are essential.
  • Candidates should also be able to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers verbally and in writing.
