About the Job:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for answering incoming communications from customers via chat services, text, email, social media, direct messaging, and other nonverbal platforms. You'll resolve customer technical requests or issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve technical issues via chat, phone, or email
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
- Meet performance targets and quality standards
