Customer Service Leadership Role

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex customer issues through effective communication via various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and text.

  • Resolve issues efficiently by offering corrective solutions and delivering accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the final point of contact for high-risk or sensitive customer cases, ensuring seamless resolution and maintaining positive customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in a leadership or coaching role, have proven sales experience, and knowledge of telecommunications. You will work closely with our dynamic team to drive customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional results.
