Senior Brand Development Manager

This is a key role for an ambitious professional looking to take charge of marketing strategy and drive business growth for a luxury wellness retreat in Eastern Manila District, PH.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Development Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that promotes our luxury wellness retreat.
  • You will be responsible for generating leads from international markets using targeted online marketing campaigns.
  • Build and grow a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok by creating engaging content and implementing effective advertising strategies.
  • Transform raw video and photo content into optimized Reels, stories, and posts to showcase the luxury and wellness aspects of our retreat.
  • Set up and run paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers using data-driven insights.
  • Support the launch of a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders, ensuring seamless user experience and conversion rates.
  • Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns to inform future marketing decisions.

Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • Strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills to effectively convey our brand's message.
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space to differentiate our retreat from competitors.
