Job Description

Drive the marketing journey for a luxury wellness retreat in Lombok, Indonesia.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote off-plan villas internationally.
  • Generate qualified leads through online campaigns targeting Australia, Singapore, Japan, and other markets.
  • Establish a strong social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create a monthly content calendar and optimize video and photo content for Reels, stories, and posts.
  • Set up and run paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Support the launch of a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Develop a structured funnel and lead qualification system to filter serious investors.
  • Provide weekly reports on performance across social media and campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in real estate marketing with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • Strong digital marketing strategy skills including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
