Marketing Leadership Opportunity

This is a unique chance to spearhead marketing efforts for a luxury wellness retreat in Lombok, Indonesia. As a driven and creative professional, you will be responsible for establishing the brand's presence, generating qualified leads for off-plan villa sales, and collaborating closely with the founder to shape the strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the luxury wellness retreat project.
  • Establish a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Design and execute paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Support the launch of a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in real estate marketing with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • Strong foundation in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.

The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and be able to take ownership of building the marketing foundation from scratch. They should also be comfortable working remotely and have excellent time management skills.
