Marketing Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Marketing Manager to lead the development of our luxury wellness retreat project. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the marketing strategy, from building brand awareness to generating qualified leads for villa sales.

You will work closely with our team to shape the marketing vision, create effective systems, and drive results that bring this project to life.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for the luxury wellness retreat project, including social media, online campaigns, and content creation.
  • Generate qualified leads from international markets using targeted online marketing strategies.
  • Build and grow a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create a monthly content calendar and transform raw video and photo content into engaging posts.
  • Set up and run paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Support the launch of a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Create a structured funnel and lead qualification system to filter for serious investors.
Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales or luxury properties.
  • Strong digital marketing strategy skills, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Ability to independently create and manage campaigns generating qualified leads and driving sales.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
