
Psychometrics Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the development of psychological tests and assessments at our organization.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in psychometrics, regardless of prior experience in the field.
The successful candidate will work at the intersection of psychology, data science, and business to develop assessments that enhance hiring, recruitment, and workplace well-being.
You will also assist companies in understanding the types of employees that best fit their work culture by integrating survey results, team insights, and psychometric data into improved recruitment techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and refine psychological tests and assessments focused on workplace well-being, resilience, and recruitment.
- Ensure the scientific accuracy, reliability, and validity of our psychological assessments.
- Analyze psychometric data to identify traits of high-performing employees within organizations.
- Integrate survey results, personality data, and team dynamics to optimize recruitment and hiring strategies.
- Collaborate with product teams and developers to enhance our digital psychometric platform.
- Explore AI-enhanced psychometric analysis to improve assessment accuracy and predictive insights.
- Stay updated on psychometric research and best practices in psychological testing.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Psychometrics, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; prior work experience is not required.
- Proficiency in mathematical and statistical concepts, with an interest in psychometrics and data analysis.
- Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Interest in workplace psychology, recruitment assessments, or employee well-being surveys.
- Ability to translate complex psychometric data into clear, practical business insights.
- Strong English proficiency; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
