
Healthcare Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to healthcare providers in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties and Responsibilities- Address and resolve provider-side issues promptly and professionally by actively listening to their concerns, analyzing their needs, and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; however, a college degree is preferred.
- At least 6 months of experience in a call center environment is required; prior experience in the healthcare industry is an asset.
- HMO coverage from day one for employees and up to two dependents.
- Lifetime insurance from day one.
- A quarterly incentive plan and 13th-month pay.
- A free shuttle service.
