Nezda is currently looking for Customer Service Representative for In House Healthcare BPO.
Qualifications- Open to candidates who are fresh graduates
- At least SHS graduate with 6 months and more of BPO experience
- Proficient in using MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced in working with Microsoft Teams
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Computer literate with an above-average typing speed and the ability to multitask
- Handling a variety of client concerns / Customer Concerns
- Analyze complaints from customers and provide adequate resolutions
Salary: Up to P37,000
