Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Financial Transaction Specialist and Payroll Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter financial transactions into Zoho Books, maintaining accurate records and adhering to established protocols.
  • Process payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies while maintaining employee confidentiality.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy, identifying discrepancies and resolving them in a timely manner.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Assist in generating financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets, providing actionable insights for business growth.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, deductions, and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax laws, and payroll regulations, minimizing risk and optimizing operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Payroll Specialist, with a strong background in financial transaction management.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, or other Zoho finance applications, with excellent technical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance requirements, with a focus on employee welfare.
  • Excellent data entry skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
