Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cashier to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling customer payments, refunds, and exchanges in a professional manner.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, scanners, scales, and credit/debit card terminals to manage sales and inventory.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy when balancing cash registers and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
  • Ensure all prices and quantities are accurate, and provide customers with receipts and change as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.

Required Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in cashiering, preferably with point-of-sale (POS) systems, is highly valued.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar retail environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of POS systems and software.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
