
Strategic Business Proposal Specialist

The Bid Hub requires a professional to assist with the creation of services proposals and bids globally. This role involves partnering with Solution architects and Services sales teams worldwide to understand scope and opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Solution architects and Services sales teams globally to identify functional scope of the solution prior to the bid estimation process.
- Effectively interact with customers (internal) to identify business requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Create services proposals ('bids') to effectively implement Infor solutions globally, leveraging data science and integration with existing systems.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of estimation tools, methodologies, and templates, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the bid creation process.
- Owning and maintaining content in identified repositories to streamline the bid creation process.
- Flexible to work on timings/shifts to match the requirements of other regions, prioritizing communication with internal clients and customers.
- Proactively working under tight deadlines to deliver high-quality results, fostering a culture of innovation and improvement.
