Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our daily operations, manage calendars, coordinate outreach efforts, and leverage AI tools for maximum impact and efficiency.

This role will cover various initiatives, including high school partnerships, corporate client outreach, podcast scheduling, and logistics management.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for DECA calls, EO/YPO outreach, and corporate clients
  • Draft replies, follow up with leads, and maintain CRM records
  • Maintain Notion, Google Drive, ClickUp, and Kajabi folders and workflows
  • Organize SOPs and backend systems for easy delegation and team growth
  • Assist with event coordination, social media management, and AI-driven tasks

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in the related field, experience supporting coaches in growing their social media and marketing presence, proficiency in using AI tools, and fluency in English (spoken and written).
