Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced procurement professional to join our team. As a key member of our Business Enablement Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

As a procurement staff, you will be responsible for creating and submitting requests for orders, communicating and negotiating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and completion of organizational goals, objectives, and tasks. You will also lead a team of 1-2 staff members and provide supervision and guidance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of purchase orders, canvassing of items, and negotiation with vendors
  • Reviewing payment requests to suppliers/vendors
  • Preparation of reports regarding procurement activities
  • Preparation of accrual reports
Requirements

To qualify for this position, candidates must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • At least 1 year of previous work experience in procurement
