Biologist Role:

We seek a skilled Biologist to protect people and enhance lives by controlling pests and improving hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with Reporting Services, Termite Management Program
  • Provide technical advisory for services requiring site inspection
  • Submit reports accurately and on time as agreed with customers
  • Conduct periodic inspections at customer sites; discuss findings and recommendations; seek agreement on action plans
Administration and Policy Directive:
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and preparing training materials; conduct technical training
  • Update the Authorized Product List, coordinate requests, and support procurement and chemical suppliers
  • Conduct service audits, monitor technician performance assessments, and assist in quality programs
  • Support branch operations in promoting products and services, achieving business objectives
  • Supervise or assist specific branch service operations as needed
  • Provide insect identification services to branches lacking capability or seeking enhancement
  • Continuously improve knowledge on Pest Management through study, association membership, courses, and practical experience
  • Identify recurrent infestations and lack of customer cooperation requiring follow-up action
  • Submit recommendations and reports on chemical treatments or monitoring
  • Conduct bi-annual audits ensuring product usage complies with the Authorized Product List
  • Maintain accurate records of high-dependency/key-account customers
  • Ensure proper use, maintenance, and security of company-provided vehicles, equipment, and technical materials/documents
  • Drive SHE policy compliance and zero-tolerance policy achievement
Customer Development:
  • Act on customer complaints and inquiries with urgency and importance following company SOPs and 2/24 promise
  • Be aware of and act on potential sales and collection opportunities generating new business and up-selling
  • Attend required trainings, meetings, conferences, and official company functions for business growth and government legislation compliance
Requirements:
  • Ability to drive a 4-wheel vehicle or motorcycle
  • Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1, 2, 3)
  • College graduate/vocational course graduate or higher
  • Graduate of Agriculture or related course is advantageous
  • Fast learner capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Willingness to be trained for career growth and work night shifts
