Title: Environment, Health and Safety SpecialistJob Summary:
The Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist will facilitate the implementation of safety and environmental policies and procedures, including other systems that enhance the safety and environmental performance of the organization.
- Safety appliances (fire extinguishers, emergency lights, exit signs) regular inspection and management
- Conduct regular safety and environmental audits and facilitate closure of findings
- Assist and monitor the progress of EHS programs
- Facilitate the conduct of EHS training as scheduled
- Conduct basic safety orientation and contractors orientation
- Arrange other trainings as needed by the organization
- Implement corrective and preventive actions on accidents, incidents, audit findings, and observations
- Attend to the needs and requirements of the ERT
Qualifications:
- Strong background in environmental and safety regulations, risk management, and emergency response
- Must be a licensed engineer
- Accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and/or Safety Officer (SO) certification required
- Willing to be assigned in Danao, Cebu (Full Onsite)
