
Sales Development Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key player in our marketing initiatives, you will be responsible for qualifying prospects for our premium staff augmentation services.
This role involves conducting professional phone calls to assess the infrastructure readiness of potential clients, verifying budget allocation and timeline for staffing solutions, and documenting qualification notes in our CRM system.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification & Assessment
- Consultative Education & Value Communication
- Discovery Call Coordination
- Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Phase 1: Handle 50-75 monthly prospects from initial marketing launch (July-September) (2 per day)
- Phase 2: Scale to 100+ monthly prospects as marketing channels expand (October-December)
- Phase 3: Optimize qualification process for 125+ monthly prospect volume (2026)
Initial Target Metrics:
- Daily Qualification Calls: 8-12 prospect conversations
- Weekly Qualified Leads: 15-20 prospects advancing to discovery calls
- Monthly Discovery Bookings: 25-30 qualified prospects scheduled with the CEO
- Qualification-to-Discovery Rate: 70-80% of qualified prospects book discovery calls
- Excellent verbal and written English communication with professional phone presence
- Proven ability to conduct consultative conversations and handle objections professionally
- Experience building rapport quickly and representing premium service offerings
- Strong listening skills to identify prospect pain points and infrastructure challenges
- Confidence in discussing initial staffing investment and business ROI
This role offers a competitive base salary commensurate with BPO industry experience, plus performance incentives based on qualified discovery call bookings and closed deal contributions.
