Job Title: Innovation Strategist

Job Summary:

A senior innovation strategist is responsible for driving business growth through the development of new ideas, technologies, and designs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research and development, with expertise in product design and development. They will be able to analyze complex problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify areas for innovation and growth.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth through innovation and product development.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products that meet customer needs.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Design, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in R&D, product design, or appliance development.

  • Strong background in mechanical/electrical systems, appliance design, and manufacturing processes.

  • Knowledge of safety standards, energy efficiency guidelines, and certification requirements (e.g., DOE, IEC, ISO).

  • Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and simulation tools for design and testing.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional departments.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Creativity and an innovation mindset to drive product development and improvement.
