About This Role

Reporting directly to [Manager's Name], you will oversee the development and implementation of creative campaigns, managing budgets and resources effectively.

  • Track expenses, ensure cost-effectiveness, and maximize return on investment (ROI) through efficient resource allocation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive creative experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership position within the beauty, fashion, or cosmetics industry.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, campaign development, and innovative design concepts.
  • Proven ability to manage creative budgets and deliver projects on time, within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, photography direction, video production, and digital content creation.
