We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively across cultures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and calls for senior executives.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to arrange repairs, follow up on work completion, and process payments.
  • Compose email and text correspondence, prepare reports, and analyze documents in English and Mandarin.
  • Attend virtual meetings and phone conferences, interpreting between parties.
  • Communicate with property managers and tenants regarding property issues.
  • Research and make informed decisions regarding suppliers, service companies, equipment, and supplies.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.

The successful candidate will be tech-savvy, familiar with current technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (speak, read, write).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Experience as an executive assistant to C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
